Jubilee is a master planned community being developed near Houston Texas, where they’re raising the bar for how a community can better the lives of the individuals that live in it by emphasizing a more holistic approach to wellness and creating a lifestyle rooted in positivity. ST8MNT was overjoyed to develop this joyful brand from the ground up. Mindfulness and mental health are intentionally designed into the master plan, and we built a brand to reflect that and craft areas for positive experiences. This includes a brand system developed for integration with the planned public spaces for reflection, connection with neighbors, exploration, and inspiration; along with landmark signage and wayfinding. A pre-development website, social presence and email nurturing have also been designed for this stage of marketing of the master planned community.
Wellness Zones
Jubilee is a unique community that is focused on providing residents a balanced and wellness focused experience. This community features strategically designed amenity spaces with 4 goals in mind. ST8MNT developed icons, patterns, and colors that communicate these zones.
Digital Design
We’ve worked on a myriad of projects that help define the Jubilee brand in the digital world. From web page design, email campaigns, social media templates and more, ST8MNT has found new ways to push the Jubilee brand into fresh and exciting representations.
Signage & Wayfinding
With so much color and joyful expression, it’s essential that these visuals translate to the onsite experience of being in Jubilee. To do that, ST8MNT worked with Jubilee on a number of signage, wayfinding, and environmental pieces that navigate a visitor through the community.
Print Collateral
We’ve had a blast getting to further the brand in print pieces that stretch the imagination and allow us to flex our creative muscles to create an engaging brand experience for the future resident. From full-fledged magazines to illustrative yoga mats, Jubilee is all about showing off a vibrant lifestyle down to the details.
Grand Opening Event
As part of Jubilee’s grand opening we were tasked with creating a theme, brainstorming event activities, and designing the key art and other branded pieces for their fun-filled event. We started with ideation on the general direction and event specific visuals/happenings, and from there developed the visual language and design of the promotional pieces.
