Woven fabric texture, watercolor paper and splashes of watercolor elements tie these pieces to the brand of Trinity Falls. Custom icons, maps and stat treatments give the pieces true Trinity Falls personality while reinforcing this community is a special place. One of the most successful campaigns we created for Trinity Falls offered no HOA fees for a year. This campaign ran at the beginning of 2020 and brought in 79 home sales.
This increase in sales for Trinity Falls has helped their parent company, Johnson Development Corp., make RCLCO’s mid-year list of “Top Selling Master-Planned Communities” for the first time ever! The increase has also helped push Johnson Development Corp. to the top, allowing them to be named Developer of the Year for both the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth areas for two years in a row, also recently being named Developer of the Year for the Austin area.
