Key Art to Show Packages, Press Kit DVDs and Bus shelters
ST8MNT has had the opportunity to work with an amazing creative team at National Geographic Channel over the years, translating TV series into engaging art that has won everything from Promax/BDA awards to local and regional Addy awards
Expedition Week
A week of premieres – traveling around the globe, thru space and back in time. 14 shows in all.
Key Art to Cookbooks
Packaging up 14 shows into a cohesive campaign was a challenge we loved sinking our teeth into. Hundreds of images, 3D renderings and hours of Photoshop sorcery where used to create key art, outdoor promotion and subsequent DVD packaging to market National Geographic Channel’s premiere week of shows.
Hey Mom, Look I’m on TV…no, not the evening News -Turn it to NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL
Our key art made it coast to coast. New York bus shelters, to billboards on the FOX lot in California; Expedition Week art was everywhere. It also made it to the pages of that magazine with the Yellow border. And we had the opportunity to design a savory promo cookbook including recipes for “bloody fingers, a hotdog appetizer” for “Eating With Cannibals” and what Jack the Ripper might have for dinner. mmmm – I bet that pairs well with aN 1888 vintage red wine.
The 80’s, The decade that made us.
A press kit design for the network’s documentary about the impact of the ’80s on today’s world culture was marketed with a tiny flash drive disguised as a larger VHS tape. The package design features a fake cover that, once opened, reveals the more modern media. BE KIND, PEASE REWIND.
How the Earth Changed History, a mini series event on NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL
ST8MNT created a 7-Disc DVD digipack design, including 3D illustration, photo compositing and design, to promote the new series about the planet’s history.
Throughout the years, we have worked with NGC to create various packaging and television key art, press kits, and show packages that reflect the TV programs, in alignment with the National Geographic brand.
AD SALES SITE FOR NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL
We designed the National Geographic Network’s Ad Sales Website to showcase, inform and provide resources related to the programming on their channels, NGC and Wild, for their ad partners for ad placement. Drupal programming was by Commercial Progression. (login site)
