The Elliott is a Tampa, Florida apartment complex that embraces the surrounding outdoors and the history that relates to an old summer camp. ST8MNT thoughtfully expanded the brand system, and created a versatile website design that could be used for future multifamily properties, as well as designed marketing collateral for potential residents. These pieces seamlessly blend the carefree joy of campfires and canoeing with the refined elegance of contemporary living.
Expanding the Palette
While designing the website, ST8MNT expanded the brand’s palette of colors and textures to harmonize with the already established visuals that were provided. These assets were utilized to create a more cohesive look, and reinforce the storytelling that we embarked on with the website copywriting.
Website Design
The website design was crucial to establishing the look and feel you can expect of The Elliott. We designed a custom-built template, developed to be easily customized for The Elliott and future properties for our client. With that in mind we kept the layout appealing but simple, and brought the unique Elliott characteristics with layered design elements and brand textures that could easily be changed. In addition, we created a special tone of voice with the copywriting we came up with for headlines and other verbiage throughout the site.
