The name “Atten Hill” pays tribute to the community’s golfing heritage, with “Atten” meaning “18” in Norwegian—a subtle nod to the premier Summit Rock Golf Course that provides an exclusive backdrop for each residence. Beyond the numerical significance, “Hill” references both the rolling Texas landscape where these homes reside and the challenging beauty of the course’s 18 holes.
The interplay between the letters A and H forms the cornerstone of this sophisticated monogram.
