We’ve adapted to a hybrid work environment: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office, three days remote. Unlimited PTO, Healthcare (medical, vision, dental, disability, maternity/paternity, life), mobile coverage, and IRA matching. We believe in feeding our creative spirit and pursuing artistic growth. We believe in personal growth – having an active review schedule, goals and continuing education through skillshare, local events and travel conferences periodically. Sure, there are snacks, festivals, game night, boat days and drinks… but the dream work and drive to be extraordinary is why we’re really here.

  1. Creative intern

    // SPRING NEED // We have intern openings for Spring 2025. THESE CAN BE 100% FULLY REMOTE, OR HYBRID WITH 2 IN PERSON DAYS, candidates are able to work from anywhere, as long as they can collaborate during our US business hours. Think you got what it takes? Our interns have the opportunity to work alongside the creative team on a wide range of super awesome projects. Our interns are usually seniors or recent graduates as they need to be pretty skilled for the type of work we do. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and design production skills. Must be available to work at least 3 days a week, to fully work alongside our team. CAN BE FULLY REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE, OR HYBRID LOCALLY (2 IN PERSON GROUP DAYS A WEEK, 3 DAYS REMOTE)

  2. Operations Intern

    // SPRING NEED // We are currently looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, outgoing Operations interns for Spring 2025. This position is responsible for assisting our production process, Project Manager, assisting the Production Manager in trafficking jobs, maintaining / updating production tracking, shoot space rental, researching, assisting with company social presence and various office admin functions. Intern must have excellent communication and disposition with other employees and vendors. CAN BE FULLY REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE, OR HYBRID LOCALLY (2 IN PERSON GROUP DAYS A WEEK, 3 DAYS REMOTE)

  3. Designer

    // FUTURE NEED // Are you super skilled in brand development, and designing for brands across mediums (print, digital, environment), both cohesively and in an interesting way? Want to thrive in a team environment, collaborating and growing with others? Particularly looking for boundary pushers and smart branding skills. Must be able to think creatively and critically, and have impeccable type sensibilities. Must have the ability to design for different audiences and different brand styles - hospitality, entertainment, spirits, consumer products, corporate. Must be extremely fluent in adobe creative suite. With experience or entry-level, depends on the fit. Bonus points for UX design or motion design chops. No calls or drop-ins please.   4. Art Director

    // FUTURE NEED // Have mad attention to detail and high standards? Like to still get your hands dirty into the work, while also leading other eager creatives on a collaborative team? Interested in multiple medium campaigns and brand development, for a wide variety of clients? Particularly looking for deep, intuitive branding knowledge. Must be able to think creatively and critically, have impeccable type sensibilities, excellent problem solving abilities, experience with interacting with clients as well as directing other creatives, interest in future tech trends, experience with brand building and digital projects. Must have at least 5 years of design industry experience, and experience with creative for varied industries. Bonus points for UX design or motion design chops. No calls or drop-ins please.   5. UX/Web Designer

    // FUTURE NEED // Does wireframing and prototyping make you giddy? Are you super skilled in designing for web? Want to push the envelope, design new digital experiences and grow with others as motivated as you? Particularly looking for beautiful, intuitive web and UX design skills; along with smart branding awareness. Must be able to think creatively and critically, and think like the user. Must have the ability to design for different audiences on different platforms - hospitality, entertainment, consumer products, corporate. Must be able to communicate well with developers, have working knowledge of front-end development, and be able to manage site launches and tech hiccups. Must have at least 3 years of experience, be extremely fluent in adobe creative suite, invision, webflow, sketch... and have the desire to stay current learning new platforms.   6. Sr Designer

Particularly looking for multi-versed branding skills. Must be able to think creatively and critically, and have impeccable type sensibilities. Must have the ability to design for different audiences- hospitality, entertainment, consumer products, corporate. Must have at least 5 years of design industry experience, and be extremely fluent in adobe creative suite. Bonus points for UX design or motion design chops. No calls or drop-ins please.   7. Project Manager

    // FUTURE NEED // Are you an organizational ninja? Have a knack for nurturing people yet moving the ball forward... knowing when to push and when to comfort? Interested in the challenge multiple mediums project types (digital, physical and beyond), for a wide variety of clients and industries? Particularly looking for self-motivated, detailed oriented problem-solvers with strong prioritization skills, in a fast paced environment. This role is sometimes called "ACCOUNT MANAGER" or "ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE", at more traditional agencies. Our Project Manager position is client-facing and communicates with and manages clients, maintains timelines and budgets whilst collaborating with the Production Manager, Creatives, and Business Development Director. Must be able to think critically and be solutions-focused, have experience directly managing clients and projects, and have awareness of print and digital production. Bonus points for experience in brand strategy, marketing and future tech trends. Must have at least 2-3 years of project management or account management experience in similar multi client environment. HYBRID POSITION, 2 IN PERSON GROUP DAYS A WEEK, 3 DAYS REMOTE.

  8. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    // FUTURE NEED // Are you highly relational, love communicating with people, and motivated by helping folks out? This role is sometimes called "ACCOUNT MANAGER", "ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE", or "CLIENT MANAGER" , instead of "SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER" at more traditional agencies. Looking for a client services pro, with more than 4 years of experience in client services, a client facing project management role, or account management role in a creative agency or multi-client org environment. The ideal candidate is a problem solver by nature who understands the delicate balance of nurturing and challenging in order to be the best steward. Must be digitally fluent, with experience and skill in branding and marketing strategy across multichannel, and familiarity with a range of project types. This candidate is energized by working with clients in different industries and by tackling new challenges and solutions each day. Must be self-motivated, highly detailed with strong prioritization skills, in a fast paced environment. Must enjoy collaborating with others in a team environment, as this role will work closely with Clients, Project Managers, Creatives, Operations and Business Development. No calls or drop-ins please.   9. Production Manager

    // POSITION FILLED // Love prioritizing, organizing workflows, deadlines and budgets? We’re looking for a production manager with at least 3 years experience managing job traffic, timelines, budgets, technical vendors in a creative agency environment; and have awareness of creative, print, digital and website production. The ideal candidate is energized by trafficking the work production of many different projects in motion across a team of creatives. Our Production Manager position manages workflow across the creative team and print / technical vendors to meet timelines and budgets. This role is sometimes called "TRAFFIC MANAGER" or "OPERATIONS MANAGER", at more traditional agencies. This position collaborates heavily with Project Managers, Creative Directors, Creatives, and Business Development Director. Must be self-motivated, solutions-focused, interested in growth, fast paced, likes to look for efficiencies in better workflow and enjoy collaborating with others in a team environment.
