No cookie cutter agency here. This Nashville brand agency stands on its own.
We are rebels
Come join the team. We pride ourselves on our ability to collaborate and push the right boundaries. No stifled ideas here. We feed on collective and outlier perspectives. We ask “why” and “why not.” This is a team sport, and there are no egos.
We are doers, self-motivated and love a challenge. We rock out to a wide range of music, create at our desks in the garage, brainstorm on the couches, meet around the truck lift, shoot in the vault, and eat as a community in the kitchen. Health stipends, mobile coverage, IRA matching, and a private shower for bikers/exercise are part of the package. Sure, there are snacks, KTFs, concerts and beer/wine… but the dream work and drive to be great is why we’re here.
Interested in what keeps us all digging our work at ST8MNT?
It’s not just about design and branding; there’s an openness to all things creative working together in one environment.
Collaboration & Exploration
Collaborative ideation, and the acceptance/exploration of off-the-wall ideas.
I get to look at Austin Hale’s pretty man bun all day.
The women hold all the power!
