We are rebels

Come join the team. We pride ourselves on our ability to collaborate and push the right boundaries. No stifled ideas here. We feed on collective and outlier perspectives. We ask “why” and “why not.” This is a team sport, and there are no egos.

We are doers, self-motivated and love a challenge. We rock out to a wide range of music, create at our desks in the garage, brainstorm on the couches, meet around the truck lift, shoot in the vault, and eat as a community in the kitchen. Healthcare, mobile coverage, IRA matching, and a private shower for bikers/exercise are part of the package. We believe in personal growth – having an active review schedule, goals and continuing eduction through skillshare, local events and travel conferences periodically. Sure, there are snacks, festivals, boat days and beer/wine… but the dream work and drive to be extraordinary is why we’re really here.

Interested in multiple medium campaigns and brand development, for a wide variety of clients? Particularly looking for deep, intuitive branding knowledge. Must be able to think creatively and critically, have impeccable type sensibilities, excellent problem solving abilities, experience with interacting with clients as well as directing other creatives, interest in future tech trends, experience with brand building and digital projects. Must have at least 7 years of design industry experience, and experience with creative for varied industries. Must have the ability to design for different audiences on different platforms - hospitality, entertainment, consumer products, corporate. Must be able to communicate well with developers, have working knowledge of front-end development, and be able to manage site launches and tech hiccups. Must have at least 3 years of experience, be extremely fluent in adobe creative suite, invision, webflow, sketch... and have the desire to stay current learning new platforms.   5. Creative intern

    // IMMEDIATE NEED // We have intern openings for Fall 2018, Winter 2018, Spring 2019 and Summer 2019. Think you got what it takes? Our interns have the opportunity to work alongside the creative team on a wide range of super awesome projects. Our interns are usually seniors or recent graduates as they need to be pretty skilled for the type of work we do. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and design production skills.   6. Operations Intern

    // IMMEDIATE NEED // We are currently looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, outgoing Operations interns for Fall and Winter 2018. This position is responsible for assisting our production process, Project Manager, Agency Coordinator, assisting the Operations Director in trafficking jobs, maintaining / updating production and time tracking, event space and merch store, researching, assisting with company social presence and various office admin functions. Intern must have excellent communication and disposition with other employees and vendors.
