Josh Shearon found this hella rad video on Swiss-Miss’s design blog and showed it to me. We thought it was so rad that we had to repost it. Swiss-Miss’s blog is pretty sweet, she’s way better at letting the world know what’s up then we are. You should RSS her site RIGHT NOW! Everything she likes and posts is certified awesomeness.
Anyway, ADHD over medication sucks and the above video talks all about what’s messed up with doctors, education and ADHD treatment. Personally I’m with Sir Ken Robinson, cause after all he’s a knight. I also believe everything I read on wikipedia, …psssh whatever. Well someone did a killer animation to Sir Robinson’s speech at the RSA on what looks like to be a white board. The RSA is a english charity to promote thinking, the arts and to generally benefit humanity. Incase you were wondering what RSA stands for it’s the Royal Society for the encouragement of Art.
“Sir Ken Robinson (born Liverpool, 4 March 1950) is an author, speaker and international advisor on education in the arts to government, non-profits, education and arts bodies. He was Director of The Arts in Schools Project (1985–89), Professor of Arts Education at the University of Warwick (1989–2001) and was knighted in 2003 for services to education.” ~ via wikipedia
